Chelsea secured a 6-0 victory in a thrilling Premier League match against Everton on Monday night.

 

Cole Palmer score four time as the Blues tightened their grip on European football after recording their biggest season’s victory

However, Palmer became the first Chelsea player to score four goals in a match since Oliver Giroud’s goal in the match against Sevilla.

Palmer scored a perfect hat-trick in the 29th minute, followed by Nicolas Jackson’s fourth goal just before half-time for Chelsea.

Alfie Gilchrist scored Chelsea’s sixth goal, ending a thrilling night for the Blues.

On scoring his first Chelsea goal: “Smashed it as hard as I could and it went in! Every time I’ve been here as a fan you look up and see a replay of someone scoring. Seeing myself there is a dream come true.”
