Governor Biodun Oyebanji has approved the appointment of a new chairman and members to the Governing Council of the State Polytechnic, Isan-Ekiti.
Yinka Oyebode, the Special Adviser to the Governor, announced this in a press release on Friday, marking a significant shift in the direction of academic governance in the state.
Prof. Fasakin E. Adebayo, a distinguished academician with substantial expertise and insights into the institution, will serve as the new Governing Council’s leader.
Mr. John Kehinde Omodara, Mr. Kayode Bamigboye, Prof. Simi Odeyinka, and Dr. Olushina Tunde Ajayi are the other members joining him
The inauguration ceremony for the newly appointed Governing Council members is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
