Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church urges President Bola Tinubu to reconsider revising Nigeria’s national symbols to promote unity and prosperity.
In a statement released on Wednesday by his media aide, Oluwatosin Osho, Primate Ayodele emphasized that these national materials hold significant spiritual implications for the country.
According to him, if Nigeria is to achieve its full potential and move to the next level, these symbols must be changed.
“President Tinubu should change the Nigerian flag, constitution, and passport to promote unity and prosperity in the country. These national materials are dragging us down, but many may not understand it,” Primate Ayodele stated.
He further explained that the spiritual impact of the current national symbols is holding Nigeria back.
“They have spiritual implications on the country, and if indeed we want a greater nation, we must first change the constitution, flag, and passport. If the president does all of these, it would have a positive effect on Nigeria,” he added.
Primate Ayodele acknowledged that his message might be difficult for many to grasp, as it requires spiritual insight to fully comprehend.
He urged those seeking clarification to seek spiritual interpretation.
“The Nigerian flag, constitution, and passport represent the country’s identity. The president should take steps to revise them to set Nigeria on a path of greatness. Our national identity is dragging us down, and this change is necessary for our progress,” he concluded.
