A former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos, Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, has officially returned to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Jandor made the announcement during a press conference held in Lagos on Monday, weeks after he resigned from the PDP.

“We have decided to return to the All Progressives Congress, APC,” he said. “Before you are quick to remind me of the reasons why I left the APC in the first place, let me remind you of a Yoruba adage which says, ‘If a woman has not married two husbands, she wouldn’t know which one is better.’”

The media entrepreneur-turned-politician had, on March 3, 2025, announced his departure from the PDP, citing internal wrangling and anti-party activities by some party leaders in Lagos State.
