Trump Warns Iran: Make Peace or Face More Strikes Following U.S. Bombings on Nuclear Sites

U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a stern ultimatum to Iran, urging the country to embrace peace or brace for intensified military attacks.

The warning follows a series of U.S. airstrikes over the weekend targeting three major Iranian nuclear sites — Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan — sparking renewed tensions in the already volatile Middle East region.

Speaking during a televised national address on Saturday night, Trump described Iran as the “bully of the Middle East,” adding that future military responses could be swifter and even more devastating.

“Iran must now make peace. If they do not, future attacks will be far greater and a lot easier,” Trump said. “There will be either peace or there will be tragedy for Iran, far greater than we have witnessed over the last eight days. Remember, there are many targets left.”

He emphasized that the U.S. military is capable of acting “with precision, speed, and skill” within minutes if provoked further.

In response, the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization condemned the strikes, describing them as a “savage assault” and a “blatant violation of international law,” including the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).

The agency also accused the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of remaining silent in the face of the attacks and reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to its nuclear development.

“Iran will not abandon its right to peaceful nuclear advancement under pressure or intimidation,” a statement from the agency read.
