Ovation Magazine publisher and former presidential aspirant, Dele Momodu, has openly criticized the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, describing him as lacking substance and relevance outside the realm of politics.
Speaking during an interview on Channels Television on Monday, July 7, Momodu questioned Wike’s professional contributions and mocked his legal background, claiming the former Rivers State Governor would have ended up as a “charge and bail lawyer” if he had truly practiced law.
“What has Wike ever done in his life?” Momodu asked. “If he practiced the law he studied, he would have been a charge and bail lawyer.”
The media entrepreneur further drew comparisons between Wike and other prominent political figures, such as former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party’s Peter Obi, both of whom he praised for their entrepreneurial successes and developmental track records.
