The Ota Central Leo Club today convened its members for a comprehensive training session under the Club Quality Initiative (CQI) — an essential platform designed to deepen understanding of Lionism and strengthen club capacity in areas such as governance, service strategy, team cohesion, and conflict resolution.
This session provided a timely opportunity for reflection and renewal. With the guidance of our Sponsoring Lions and the Charter President, the club’s Board of Directors engaged in a constructive dialogue that led to the resolution of internal misunderstandings.
