Moises Caicedo Crowned Chelsea Men’s Player of the Season for 2024/25

Moises Caicedo has been named Chelsea Football Club’s Men’s Player of the Season for the 2024/25 campaign, capping off a standout year for the Ecuadorian midfielder.

The 23-year-old, who featured in every Premier League game throughout the season, emerged as a key figure in Chelsea’s midfield.

His consistency, defensive acumen, and leadership on the pitch earned him high praise from fans and pundits alike.

The award, determined by votes from Chelsea supporters, reflects his growing influence and popularity within the club.

In addition to the fans’ vote, Caicedo also received recognition from within the dressing room, clinching the Players’ Player of the Season award—an accolade voted on by his teammates.

The honours were presented at Chelsea’s annual awards ceremony held on Sunday night, May 4.

On the women’s side, Scottish midfielder Erin Cuthbert was named Women’s Player of the Season for the second time, having first won the award in the 2018/19 season.

Swedish defender Nathalie Björn was also celebrated, taking home the Players’ Player of the Season for her impressive contributions in defence during her debut campaign with the Blues..
