The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has just declared Andrew Wynne, a British national, and Lucky Ehis Obinyan, a Nigerian, wanted for allegedly plotting to overthrow the government of President Bola Tinubu.
During a press briefing on Monday, force spokesperson, Muyiwa Adejobi, accused Wynne of building a “network of sleeper cells to topple the government and plunge the nation into chaos”.
