The Reforms Of Tinubu Will Soon Alleviate Hardship — Oyintiloye

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Olatunbosun Oyintiloye has said President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms will in a short while  bring relief to Nigerians.

Oyintiloye, whilst addressing journalists in Osogbo on Sunday, assured citizens that that the president is “actively working day and night” to address the economic challenges.

He explained that the present economic hardship was not created by Tinubu’s administration, but inherited from past governments.

The APC chieftain said that even though some of the president’s economic policies might look tough, they are devised  to guide the country towards long-term prosperity.

He also said that President Tinubu took office at a time when the economy was in relapse and that systemic reforms, alongside the patience and understanding of Nigerians, are very important.

The politician said the president needs the prayers, support, as well as untiring patience of the people to attain full recovery.

Oyintiloye stressed that the president’s focus on economic reforms and diversification is helping revive crucial sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, technology, marine, and the blue economy.

He also stated that the president has already rolled out the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP), which is set to increase economic growth through strategic investments and reforms.

“Various initiatives are underway to enhance the business environment, attract foreign direct investment, and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs),” he said.

“With a little patience, things will improve, and Nigeria will rise again.”
